Vintage Androck flour sifter

Up for sale is this Vintage Androck flour sifter. This item has been used and there are a few surface spots on the outside of the sifter and there is a loss of paint on the handle. The inside is very rusty and tarnished I believe that it might be able to be cleaned or it would be a beautiful decoration. The handle for sifting the flour pulls very easily.
