vintage 1950's Foley flour sifter

Up for sale is this of vintage 1950’s Foley flour sifter. The sifter has no markings on it to indicate the amount of flour to be sifted. To myself who is not a trained chef or pastry maker it looks like about 2 cups but that is my opinion. The item is used however there are no chips or dents on this item.
