1920s Melodie Charms Music Box Porcelain Figurines by Beck on Brass Base - Music Box Works and has on/off switch. Measures 8 1/2" tall and 4" wide. Base is made of brass, it footed and has a floral filigree design. It has an on/off sliding tab at the bottom front as you can see in the picture. The figurine is porcelain ceramic of a young man playing a lute. It is white with some golden beige coloring. Gold luster highlights throughout. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Music box works, but I cannot figure out the song. A rare and charming piece.
