WWI 149th Infantry Regiment Crossed rifle pin

Up for sale is this vintage WWI 149th Infantry Regiment pin and unknown ribbon that I think is from the same war. The 149th Infantry regiment was start back in 1840's from the Kentucky National Guard. They participated in WW1 within the European area. Through my research I have not found out anything about the ribbon because I cannot find the same color pattern on any site. We are including in with the pin that maybe someone will be able to find the answer to when it was created for the military.
