1950s Vintage Celluloid Baseball Player Doll Japan

1950s Vintage Celluloid Baseball Player Doll. Vintage baseball player doll in red and white. I know some of these were made for the National and American League Baseball teams and this one might be for the Boston Red Socks or Cincinnati Reds --just a guess. Face hands, boots and baseball bat are celluloid--body is cloth and stuffed. There are age related stains on the cloth body. Celluloid parts are in excellent condition with no cracks or holes. It measures 8" tall and 6 1/2" wide.
