1930s-1050s Elaine Cannon Vintage Miniature Victorian Doll Under Glass Dome

Elaine Cannon Vintage Miniature Victorian Doll Under Glass Dome. The dome measures 2" tall and the base is 1 7/8" wide. The doll is approximately 1 3/8" tall. Elaine Cannon is known for making these dolls between 1930s-1950s in Illinois. The heads were usually a hand painted grain of wheat. The body was wire wrapped in thread. This fancy lady is wearing a pink multi-tiered ruffled gown in pink, cream and gold. A Chenille scarf and a very flamboyant hat with tiny beads and feathers. A she is holding a little white muff in her left hand. The doll is in very good condition and there are no cracks or chips in the dome. Although the bottom sticker is ripped off, I do believe that it is a hand written letter "E" for Elaine and below it, possibly the letter "C" for Cannon.
