Up for sale is this Vintage Michelangelo's La Pieta, Jesus and Mary at Mount Golgotha representing the "Sixth Sorrow" of the Blessed Virgin Mary Plaster figurine. Taken from a marble sculpture of Jesus and Mary at Mount Golgotha representing the "Sixth Sorrow" of the Blessed Virgin Mary sculpted by Michelangelo. I believe this is from the early 1900s and was part of a Shrine display. This vintage piece measures 10 1/2" tall and 6" wide. Some missing paint and very minor chips as expected for a piece this old. It can stand freestyle or there is a nail in the back.
