Whimsical Guiseppe Armani Water Lily fairy porcelain bone china figurine

Up for sale is this Guiseppe Armani exquisite Water Lily fairy. This whimsical figurine shows Armani's brilliant ability to bring movement to his sculptures. The it masterfully demonstrates the fluidity of the fairy's dress while sitting on giant water lily leaves. She is holding a large water lily flower with layers and layers of petals. This blue eyed fairy with brown hair is barefoot. She is hand painted--Her dress is a glazed porcelain and the rest of her is bisque. The color of her dress morphs from light rusty browns to light blues and grays. It is on a felted wooden base. There is a brass plate just below her feet that says 1973 Florence Guiseppe Armani. The side of the sttue has Guiseppe Armani's signiture imprinted into the sculpture. The back of the statue is copywrited 2000 Florence with the artist marker. The base has a sticker that says, "1973 Florence; sculture d'arte; Orginal Guiseppe Armani FIgurines". No chips, cracks or crazing. The chin area of the face is mildly dirty. Measures 10" tall and 5" wide. A beautiful Guiseppe Armani artwork that will bring a smile to your face.
