Vintage Boy Willow Tree "Hope"

Up for sale is this vintage boy Willow Tree "Hope" Figurine is hold wire balloon that says "hope". Figuring measures 3 1/2" tall but with balloon it is 6"" tall There are no issues with these piece that I have found. Look at the pictures. No box.
